The lights on the robot's head change colours to help you understand what mode the robot is currently in. These colours are easy to recognise and allow you to quickly know what your robot is doing. Here's what each colour means:
The robot lights up in different colours based on its operational state:
Startup Mode: Soft Green
Active Mode: Cool White
Stopped Mode: Bright Red
Manual Mode: Warm Orange
Please see Operational modes for more information on the function of these modes.
The robot also uses colours to show its status during interactions:
Interaction Mode: Magenta (Pink)
Silent Mode: Bright Yellow
Conference Mode: Deep Purple
Please see this section for more information on the function of these modes.
Telepresence provides control of a robot for a remote human operator. When the robot is in telepresence mode, the LED's will change to a Cyan colour, indicating that a remote operator is taking control.
When the robot's motors are disabled by a lidar safety zone infringement the head leds change to a Bright Red colour.
Please see this section for more information on the safety lidar functionality.
